What is the controlled atmosphere (MAP — modified atmosphere packaging)?
Our tortillas are packed in a controlled atmosphere (‘normal’ air in the packaging exchanged with carbon dioxide and nitrogen). This gas mixture is perfectly harmless. By packaging in a controlled atmosphere, our baked goods can be preserved for a certain period.
Are our tortillas vegan?
Our tortillas are made using purely vegetable-based ingredients. The emulsifier used in the baking agent is also made using vegetable fat.
Are our tortillas free of lactose?

Wheat flour is used in our tortillas. This means that gluten is contained in all the products.
